#AskTheExpert Ravee always suffers from cold and cough. she also keeps on vomiting if she sees someone having food in an untidy manner. kindly advise

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp should be givegfn only after a proper evaltuation .

Massage regularly with coconut oil
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment try alternative treatment like homeopathic or Ayurveda
