#asktheexpert post delivery I am facing terrible pain in my lower back.. actually it's in bone tail bone .how do I get rid of it. my baby is 10 months old..

It could be happening because of postpartum changes and it is advisable that you take calcium with vitamin D medications regularly and cancel the ortho doctor just to rule out other factors. See You didn’t mention the mood of your delivery whether it was a normal delivery or it was a C-section delivery because in C-section you normally get an epidural in that particular area only which is why the pain could be there so just re-consult your gynaecologist once as she would be able to guide you better and start having calcium vitamin and iron supplements
