#AskTheExpert plz suggest some calcium rich diet for my daughter she is 5.9 years old. she is not gaining weight.

A. give her food rich in protien n calcium.. like..Milk, ghee, yogurt serve as the good calcium source. spinach, ladyfinger, tofu, broccoli, sweet potatoes, beans, tofu, Soy milk, lentils. Brown rice, ragi etc are high in calcium. Nuts like almonds are rich in calcium. Sesame seeds.
