A. Post pregnancy weight loss is a major concern in almost every female . Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase. You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be benefficial in management of the weight .

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
