#AskTheExpert Please tell me the solution for belly fat reduction after c section delievery . I delievered a baby on 21 dec 2020.But my belly fat remains same . please help me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. only way to to reduce belly fat is to do moderate exercises like brisk walk in yoga etc but for this you had to wait at least six months after cesarean section take diet lesson fats and carbohydrates adequate vegetables and water
