#asktheexpert please suggest meal plan for my toddler for weight gain Thank you

A. Hello mom you give him now regular foods made at home for the family , you can enhance his meals with dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes , eggs , non veg if preferred, milk , panner , ghee , seasonal fruits and vegetables, soya etc

A. hi make sure your child takes 4 meals and 2 snacks per day. give food items like fruits i.e. pear ,peach , papaya , banana , apple, avacado etc. veggies i.e. boiled potato, sweet potato, pumpkin etc. Add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
