Some kids are slow weight gainer as long as they are active, alert, not falling sick often don’t worry about the weight
Give small and frequent meals
Breakfast options
Aloo and cheese paratha, upma, oats upma, poha, veg cheese sandhwich, cheela ( moong dal/ besan/ oats/ suji) , idli, dhokla, dry fruit and fruit smoothies
Lunch and dinner
Roti with dal and sabji or rice with dal and sabji, replace dal with chola and rajma once a week but avoid chola and rajma at night, vegetable masala khichdi, dosa, idli and sambhar , veg pulao, egg omelette with vegetables, sabudana khichdi with curd , roti pizza, home made burger all these can be given in lunch and dinner
Snacks- milk, fruits, sprouts, dry fruits, soups
