#AskTheExpert not getting periods. it's almost 6 months post delivery. can I take any medicine for the same or should I wait?

A. you can wait till 1 year Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. It’s a very normal process update women do not get their periods for a very long time after their delivery easily tell me some times 18 to 20 months or maybe a little more but this is considered completely normal so you do not have to have have to have any medicine for that
