#asktheexpert I started getting periods every month regularly post delivery. does that mean my milk supply is less or will it get reduced?

A. no milk will not. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. No because your menstrual cycle is very natural it has got no connection with your breastfeeding so whenever you resume with your period it is not going to affect your breastfeeding at all but as the period cycle could be abnormal for six months so you just have to deal with that otherwise you can check with your doctor if needed
