#AskTheExpert my wife's after pregnancy belly comes and it is not reducing.. help me what to do for this

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily. avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. Hello sir To reduce belly fat do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help to reduce belly fat. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. She cannot also do abs and crunches under the expert supervision to reduce belly fat
