Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic, which is why it is great for asthmatic children. Boil a cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of turmeric in it and give it to your child once a day. It will remove mucus and relieve chest congestion, allowing the child to breathe easy.
