ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi yes it's okay.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years..so don't worry and wait for some more time..and do brushing regularly for proper maintenance of oral hygiene..
