AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom No there is no problem. Every baby is different in achieving milestone. Some babies they are early teethers and some are late teethers. Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. so no need to worry
