ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Give your child small and frequent meals which are calorie and nutrient dense, kid friendly and healthy too. Don't force feed him. Make sure he's active throughout the day, monitor his sleep schedule and water intake.
Include - banana, sprouts, sweet potato, dals, leafy vegetables, paneer, chikoo, nuts, ragi, cheese etc.
Try recipes like - dry fruit ladoo, sprouts bhel, ragi chocolate pancake, aloo cheese paratha, dal pakoda, caramelised sweet potato, palak khichdi, paneer cutlet.

Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
