Proteins are important in the diet of your child and since your child is six years plus I would recommend you at the same time that you should involve your child into more of physical activities as of now if you want you can also enjoy your child into swimming or anything which will help in making the child more physically active yet yet is going to be very beneficial for increasing the appetite and growth of your child
