#AskTheExpert My son is 23 days old and get most uncomfortable in wet nappy. He cried alot during changing time. As it is winter season he pee alot which disturb his sleep. What to do..???

A. it is advisable to change the nappy at the earliest otherwise the child will be uncomfortable and yes during the winter season you will have to do it again and again to prevent any type of ulcer or perianal rash
