DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and he is getting a fever and cold at every evening times so get his blood examined for maleria and give him 3 ml syrup sinarest three times a day

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatmednt accordingly along with a proper hydration .
