Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear You can take Zincovit during day or night, exactly as suggested by your doctor. Usually, zinc supplements are most effective if they are taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. However, if you feel an upset stomach, then it can be taken with food also, as advised by the doctor.
