Well this requires a lot of patience and you need to work with your child to understand his food habits and slowly introduce him to all the vegetables. You can start by telling some simple stories to your. Hold about what happens if one doesn’t eat vegetables. Include the child in the process of cutting vegetables to baking them.. allow them to freely play with the veggies gives them a good feeling and they will start living foods
