#asktheexpert..My question is related to preganews kit..i'm mom of 4 month old baby ..Last month i had periods ..but now my periods are 4 days late..it it normal?..I have bought a preganews kit last month...but i did not open it...Kindly tell me should i buy new kit for pregnancy test...??.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. No it can be used check the manufacturing date and expiry as well and as it is not opened so can be used use precautions to avoid unwanted pregnancy so rahe care of that all the best

She like all the medicines available these the kids also have an expiration date so you check for that if it is not yet expired then you can definitely go ahead with using it it’s not a problem and sometimes periods can get delayed by hormonal changes also but since it is four days if you would want to take a pregnancy test you should go ahead with it
