Use the proper fruity toothpaste for the child that will help I am not sure which one you’re using but you can use Kiddodent that’s having a very good taste fruity flavour so it is going to be good for the child and also teach your child how to brush by showing your brushing see this is so good I am enjoying so much you should also do it otherwise you’ll have worms and then you have to get injection done if they get dirty and all just try to show that picture to your child
