#AskTheExpert my little one is not drinking enough water after solid and because of this he's facing constipation issue.. what do??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is natural babies not be drinking water you can give nimbu pani fruit juices coconut water butter milk with the baby as well you can give other source of liquids also

please don't use demineralized water for drinking
use simply purifed water having tds higher than 350
keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour in the day time
soups and probiotics are also good
