A. you can give nebulization with ns bottle that is normal saline water. this will help in decreasing both dry cough as well as will help in decreasing the mucus present in the throat of the child. but other nebulization medicines (asthalin, duolin, budecort etc) can be given to your child is decided by the doctor. so your doctor will decide after examination whether your child needs a nebulization with these medicines or not thus the maximum nebulization that you can give to the child without medical consultation is with normal saline it is totally safe and it is not addictive This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes and temperature variations around the child. For cold you can give drops maxtra / wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold. Indirect steam will also help. Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.(honey can be added after 1 year age) Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol. d

A. Hello dear parent! Try nasoclear saline drops. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for skin warmth. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care
