#asktheexpert my hairs are falling a lot after the birth of my daughter. it's been almost a year now. after six months of her birth when I stopped breastfeeding her then it has increased a lot

don't use RO water for drinking ,anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food , maida and sugar
Take sunbath daily
Use ayurvedic remedies to wash hair
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Use more curd buttermilk lassi , baajra and citrus fruits
