#AskTheExpert My delivery date is 12/12/2020...after that I had my periods of 7 days starting on 28/01/2021...after that periods didn't come till now.Is this a problem.What I need to do get my regular periods.also can u send some post delivery exercises that I can do..my baby is 96 days old.
