#AskTheExpert My daughter is not gaining weight much.she is 4.5 years old... so can you please suggest me the food which can we include in her diet to get more weight... Thanks in Advance..

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 4.5 years old daughter, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
