dear madam my kid have 5 years old, she is weight is 18kgs only. she is not gaining weight, please suggest me good health food

A. Hi weight is fine I feel. You can give all foods. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
