#asktheexpert my daughter is almost 8 years but only 2 or 3 teeth has fallen till now. in the upper row, adult teeth is growing behind her baby teeth but the baby teeth is not falling and none of the other baby tooth as well. should I be worried? please suggest what to do?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam it's nothing to worry just ask your kid to rotate the milk teeth with their hand to make them loose. eventually they will fall. . . . . . .
