my baby teeth not fallen till now, and she started getting double teeth in front row.. what to do?

A. you can ask your child to keep moving the milk teeth with the tongue. you can also visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done and he or she will guide you how you need to proceed

A. If their teeth continue to not fall out, they should see a dentist. A dentist can perform a safer tooth extraction that will cause less pain for your child and that is less likely to damage nerves around the mouth.
