Q.

my son is 6 years old, he is getting 2 new teeth on the front lower jaw while the baby teeth are not fallen yet. anything serious.?

A. hello mam normally the milk teeth fall on their own but if it does not happen then you can ask your kid to start shaking the milk teeth and if they do not fall then you should visit a dentist.

A. Children usually start losing their baby teeth from around six years of age. From 6-12 years, children have a mixture of adult and baby teeth. The baby molars are replaced around 12 years of age. By about 12, most children have all their adult teeth except for the third molars (wisdom teeth).
