my daughter us getting two teeth behind her front teeth in lower jaw. is it ok. her milk teeth have not started falling yet

A. Hi. if milk teeth have not fallen and permanent teeth are erupting behind the milk teeth then you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the milk teeth to prevent malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth

A. Ho How can it be okay if your child is already getting new teeth whether older ones have not fallen out it is going to you know us spoil the alignment of the teeth you should consult your paediatrician and you should get the older teeth plucked first so that there is space for new teeth to come
