my daughter is 6.5 years old.Her front milk teeth had fallen,but new adult teeth is not coming.its almost 3 months.what to do now?

It will come when it has to come see we cannot predict these things so need not worry about it if the milk teeth have started to fall the permanent will come when the gums are ready so need not worry about it as of now so please don’t worry it will come when it has to come
