A. hi consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for routine dental checkup. if milk teeth dont fall and permanent teeth erupt behind milk teeth then go for removal of milk teeth

A. hello it falls onky by around 6 to 7 years n if there s eruption of the teeth starting then is better to ince chk ur oaediatric dentist n she will be able.to guide u accordingly n no worries
