ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. yes ot is fine. incase the milk teeth do not fall on their own then please visit a dentist get it evaluated. he or she will check and let you know incase anything needs to be done.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes dear its fine that means the process has been already started so if the permanent tooth has already started coming behind the milk teeth that means the milk teeth is going to fall anytime so do not worry it's all tbe slow process and will happen slowly
