#AskTheExpert My daughter is 8 month old, she repeatedely wake up in night, cry little bit i feed her and she sleeps. I try to give her water throughout the day but she intakes very little amount. please suggest how to increase her water intake. we provide her solid foods and also buffalo milk.

A. It is developmentally normal to wake up at night at least through the first year and often for quite a while longer. At first babies mostly wake due to hunger at night, so good to give ood ferds, avoid Buffalo milk before 1 yr
