Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is 7 month old and she often sleeps upside down. Is that normal or is that any harm?. I have made sure she is not cold.

A. there is no problem if the child is sleeping on the side or the child is sleeping on the tummy. (one important point that has to be taken care of is that the child should be made to sleep on the tummy only under observation). when the neck holding becomes proper than you can leave the child in tummy position without any observation. the important thing is that if the child is not having any difficulty in breathing as well as respiration and digestion problem then you can cxontinue to let the child sleep as well as give feeding in this position. but if you feel that the child is having regular coughing as well as breathing difficulty then you have to change the position of the child

A. hello it is okay to let the baby sleep in its comfortable position and you can also try to put your baby on its back once the baby fall into a deep sleep which is also not a problem and otherwise it is absolutely nothing to worry and it is okay
