#AskTheExpert My daughter is 3 yrs 7 months. She doesn't want to drink water. How much minimum quantity of water she would intake daily?

A. its fine. gv fruit juices coconut water because the requirement of water decreases its in winter season so don't worry. If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
