#AskTheExpert my daughter is 15 days old she got a natal teeth which is covered by gingival tissue by birth iam worrying about it as I have never seen it how common natal tooth are in new born and will it cause any learning issues as in Google its mentioned that natal tooth are common in some syndromes...

A. ilconsult a pediatric dentist for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygeine in the area

A. Yes It’s very common with kids I don’t worry about it they just started with a minor surgery so that’s very very normal and common so I don’t think so you need to worry about it a lot of kids are born with prenatal teeth and that’s the only way to get out of it that you just get an extraction done done
