A. brush twice daily. and then control chocolate ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. make her use mamaearth berry blast toothpaste. it prevents cavity and other issues

A. hi at first , please avoid buying it , instead of it offer healthy options like fruits , nuts etc keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food tell stories which explain benefits of healthy eating. brush your child teeth twice in a day with low flouride toothpaste. maintain good hygiene.
