yes in this mixed climate, such infection spreading much and kids get it very easily as their immune system is still developing
so first, choose weather appropriate clothes for your child
maintain good Hydration throughout the day
give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day which help to treat such infection
