#AskTheExpert my child is have internal cold like a grunting sound when breathing She is on Medication (mucolite and maxtra 1 ml) today is day 6 Not coughing frequently No fever again had on last Tuesday and Wednesday Cold started from Wednesday evening Pls advise further

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give the baby ambrodil drops 1 ml 2 times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
