#AskTheExpert my child is 20 months old she gets up very frequently for milk at night around two times n she is bit fussy in eating but has improved a bit what is the reason she wakes up so frequently

A. wakes up frequently because not taking meals properly.. give dinner around 7-8.30pm as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha.. then before bed breast feed or a cup or glass of milk.. the best way give good massage before bed play soft music as baby sleep.
