#asktheexpert my breastmilk supply has decreased suddenly. Have tried everything. How to increase it? My baby will turn 6 months soon

A. Namaste Mom, This is natural , though you can try to include the following foods such as garlic, flax seeds, panjrii, dry fruits , oats , drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, jeera, ajawian or saunf water etc \ massage your breast well after every feed , apply warm compress
