I have 6months baby suddenly my breast milk supply decreased how can I increase my milk supply

Hi mom Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables juice to increase your milk supply Give healthy protein rich diet and cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding
