#asktheexpert my breast milk supply is too low what can i do

A. latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee ,milk, and butter plus good amount of dry fruit and nuts , makhana everyday

You can take support from lactation supplements they are really helpful in increasing the feeding for a mother along with that also if you want you can go ahead with increasing your water intake or liquid it take for that matter proteins are really very important and good amount of lentils and green leafy vegetablesWrite Your Answer Here
