ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you need to have proper nutritious diet and also adequate sleep whenever baby is sleeping .You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself

Good nutritious food will help you produce milk..take help of your grandparents or similar to their age. they can suggest you good old methods to improve your milk supply. Else you can consult doctor. If all this doesn't seem working you can start formula feed to the baby. My personal choice is Dexolac formula milk which I used personally for my daughter when I couldn't breastfeed. I can say it's the exact replacement of breast milk. It comes with 36 vital nutrients which boosts overall growth nd development in child. Also it is FOS based which helps to maintain good gut health and prevents child from diarrhoea, indigestion or colic issues.

We had given the same to our daughter when she was 8 months. it has FOS and 36 vital nutrients which makes digestion easy.
