A. First of all don’t be tense as you can start with formula milk and massage breast in forward direction towards nipple and apply warm compress and make skin to skin contact with vaby and keep feeding

A. Firstly donot get tensed, be calm and start thinking in a positive way.In psychological perspective-Try saying it to urself, that your baby needs milk this will give indication to your brain to enhance milk supply.Drink Milk thrice a day with bread or rusk's. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, Include barley water in your routie.Finish your meals early by sticking to confined timmings.
Spend more time with your baby, skin to skin contact makes you closer to your lil one.

A. Hi Mom, If you are not getting enought milk for your baby, you can consult lactation consultant for proper advise. Meanwhile, add more nutritious foods to your daily diet. Add egg, fish, meat etc. Include more green leafty veggies. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated yourself. Thank you.
