I m mom of 3 month old boy since beginning of delivery my breast milk supply is very low, I take lactare capsules and galact granules, but no results I feel depressed as my baby is growing and I m not able to feed on his demand, hence giving him formula only Plz guide I want to feed him Bm only

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom No, don't feel depressed. Taking tension also reduces milk. The more baby sucks, the more milk production will be there. As u are taking lactare capsules, continue to take that. Make sure ur baby latches for the milk supply to increase.
