ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. may take lactare capsule.

U Supplement their supposed to be quite good basically to increase the more lactation of a mother so you can go ahead with any lactation supplement after consulting the doctor advised the best want to go far and you can continue with it for 3 to 6 months if they really supportive
