A. Hai good morning !! For improving breast milk have more water,fluids,lactating foods - Milk ,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic,garlic milk,mutton kheema.. Give direct feed and feed frequently because the more baby latches or the more you give feed the more will be the secreation /production of milk happens...
